Every Lolomaa order is thoughtfully packed and dispatched with care. Below you'll find everything you need to know about shipping, including processing times, delivery estimates, tracking, returns and how to contact our team for assistance.
Dispatching times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) following payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During promotional periods, product launches, or peak trading times, processing may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience and are committed to dispatching every order as quickly as possible.
Shipping information
Enjoy free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $175. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. Please ensure your delivery information is correct at checkout, as we're unable to guarantee changes once an order has been processed. If you need to make an amendment, contact our team as soon as possible and we'll do our best to assist.

Returns Policy
At Lolomaa, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help. Please choose carefully, as we do not offer exchanges. If you need assistance selecting the right product before ordering, we're always happy to help.
Change of Mind Returns
If you've changed your mind, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order for a store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
Be unworn, unwashed and unused.
Be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Be in the same condition you received it.
Not be marked as Final Sale.
Please note:
Change-of-mind returns are issued as a store credit only. We do not offer exchanges. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Full Priced Items
Full price items purchased online may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a store credit, provided they meet the return conditions above.
Sale & Promotional Items
Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Items purchased during promotional events or using a discount code (including Welcome Discount codes) are eligible for store credit only, provided they meet our return conditions.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you believe your item is faulty, damaged or you have received the wrong product, please contact us before returning your item by emailing hello@lolomaa.com.
Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, we will provide a refund,
replacement or other appropriate remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Return Shipping
We currently ship within Australia only.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning change-of-mind items.
Returns must be submitted through ourReturns Portal.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your original order qualified for free shipping and your order total falls below the free shipping
threshold after your return is processed, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your store credit.
Processing Your Return
Once your return has been received and inspected, please allow 2–5 business days for processing.
You will receive an email once your return has been completed. Where a refund applies (for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items), funds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Returns We Cannot Accept
We cannot accept returns if:
The item has been worn, washed or used.
Tags or original packaging have been removed.
The item has been damaged after delivery due to misuse or normal wear and tear.
The item is marked as Final Sale.
Lolomaa reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions. If a return is rejected, the item will be returned to you at your expense.

Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonable foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
